Melinda Holley, LPCC-S

Therapist/Owner

 Energy and Breathwork Practitioner

Melinda Holley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with Supervisor designation who has spent over 20 years supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges and trauma. She specializes in treating complex trauma and has extensive experience working with first responders, teens, and families.

Melinda employs a holistic, mind-body approach to healing, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Release Breathwork™. She believes that healing is best achieved through a slow, steady process grounded in compassion, allowing clients to safely access, process, and integrate their experiences for meaningful and lasting growth.

With warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to her clients, Melinda helps individuals build resilience, restore balance, and move toward wholeness in their personal and relational lives.

Keith Tremblay, LPCC-S

Therapist

Keith is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a bachelor degree in Psychology from Ohio Dominican and a masters in counseling from University of Dayton.  After years of working in day camps and residential programs, he began his clinical career as a child and adolescent counselor at a shelter for survivors of family violence where he worked for many years.  He has worked with those impacted by substance abuse as an intensive outpatient group counselor for adult women and a counselor for youth with substance use within the family as well as with families involved with the juvenile justice system.  Throughout his career, he has worked on creating more informed and compassionate communities and systems.

Keith is a life long student of healing practices.  He originally completed EMDR training in 2006 and has recently re-completed the basic training.  He believes that through mindfulness, somatic awareness, resource development, curiosity, and processing, we can all continue to grow.

Jeannie Spencer, LPC

Therapist

Jeannie Spencer is a dedicated to helping clients build a strong foundation for personal growth and healthy relationships. She has spent her career coaching adolescents and adults in holistic wellness and prevention. She uses EMDR, person-centered therapy, and somatics to help clients recognize patterns, process emotions, and build new habits. Jeannie looks forward to serving those looking to build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, or connect to a higher purpose.

Chantelle Gallihugh, LPCC-S

Therapist

Chantelle Gallihugh is a dedicated therapist focused on helping adults achieve meaningful personal
growth and enhance their quality of life. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and
Motivational Interviewing (MI), Chantelle works collaboratively with clients to address the root causes of
challenges, develop practical strategies for change, and foster lasting improvements in their well-being.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), she is passionate about helping individuals process trauma, manage stress, and build emotional
resilience. Chantelle is committed to supporting her clients in creating a more fulfilling life, improving
mental health and achieving a sense of balance and purpose.
